Stone Putting, Weight Throwing & Hammer Throwing
European Championships (historical)
European Championships of the German federation (Germany was still excluded from international sport federations as a result of World War One)
One European Championship was organized in Offenbach GER on 1921, Jun
11-13. Besides Weightlifting and Wrestling there were also events of
stone putting (16,67 kg), weight throwing (12,5 kg) and hammer
throwing (7,26 kg).
Another such European Championship was organized by the German federation on
1924, Sep 05-08 Neunkirchen GER (in two bodyweight classes L=Lightweight
< 67,5 kg, H=Heavyweight > 82,5 kg).
Only a handful of foreign athletes competed at these championships at all.
